Write Turn is the first structured screenwriting program designed for rehabilitation facilities and correctional institutions. Participants learn story — its principles, its mechanics, and its craft — exactly as professional screenwriters do. The result is the natural development of narrative cognition skills: the capacity to think critically, communicate clearly, make better decisions, and construct a coherent sense of identity.
We intentionally keep class sizes small and intimate to maximize engagement and provide one-to-one attention from the instructor. Students are active participants in each lesson and apply their new knowledge through fun, challenging, and creative exercises.
Write Turn operates on a selective partnership model. We work with a limited number of facilities each quarter to ensure personalized attention and exceptional outcomes.

Our Introduction to Screenwriting program comprises three carefully designed parts that combine knowledge and real-world skills in an engaging and creative environment.
Part 1:
Principles of Story
Participants discover the architecture of story: archplot structure, dynamic tension, logic, and why these principles apply far beyond the screen.
Part 2:
Mechanics of Screenwriting
Participants tap into the capacity of screenwriting to enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative ideation skills.
Part 3:
Writer's Room Experience
Participants bring everything together in a collaborative writers' room, developing teamwork, communication, and real-world creative skills.

+ $735 per additional seat
Max 6 participants — $7,350
Additional seats are half price.
The 5th and 6th participants are charged at 50%, so more clients can be added for less.
Your Pilot fee is fully credited toward your next booking.
When you proceed to the Full Program or a Partnership within 60 days, the full pilot fee paid ($5,880 - $7,350) is deducted from your next invoice — so you pay only the difference. This is a
one-time introductory credit that applies to your immediate next booking.

The Partnership Program
Minimum 2 cohorts per year
Recurring cohorts for facilities that want Write Turn as a permanent part of their programming calendar.

All programs delivered on-site by a certified Write Turn Instructor.
Travel and reasonable delivery expenses are billed separately at cost and agreed in advance.

Simple, low-risk terms.
A 50% deposit is required on signing, with the balance due on completion. All curriculum materials and participant certificates are included in the fee. Cancellation with 45+ days notice receives a full refund of the deposit.
